First, peel the zucchinis and cut them in half, carve the middle with a knife and spoon, they should be looking like a canoe. Put the carved inside parts of the zucchinis in a deep bowl. Boil some water in a deep saucepan then put the canoe shaped zucchinis in it for like 5 minutes (do not let them soften too much). Then drain the water and place the zucchinis into a baking tray which has baking paper on it. Meanwhile, grate the carved inside parts of the zucchinis and crumble Muratbey Plus Cheesoft on top of them with your hand then add the Muratbey Braided ( Örgü ) Cheese on top of it which you diced into small pieces. Add the dill and egg on top of it then mix it. Distribute the prepared stuffing into the canoe shaped zucchinis. Sprinkle the Muratbey Plus Fresh Kashkaval on top of them. Put them in a pre-heated-oven to 180 degrees and cook until the Fresh Kashkaval Cheeses are golden Brown. Serve hot.
