CHEESE-FILLED CRISPY PUMPKIN

Ingredients

  • Muratbey Sliced Grill Cheese
  • 3 zucchinis
  • Chopped fresh dill in a bowl
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup of flour
  • 1 cup of crispy breaded mortar or bread crumbs
  • Olive ( or vegetable) oil for deep-frying
  • Yoghurt with garlic (for serving)

PREPARATION

Wash the pumpkins. Cut them into pieces of medium thickness. Cut the cheese into squares.  Cheese should be the size that will remain between the zucchinis.. Put a square of cut cheese and a little dill in between two slices of zucchini and prepare it like a sandwich. Crack 2 eggs in a bowl and mix them. First dip them in flour, secondly in the egg and finally in breadcrumbs. Put olive oil in a pan and heat it. Then fry the prepared zucchinis  until they change color. Serve as hot with garlic yoghurt and dill .
