Lubricate the bottom and edges of the pan with some oil. Lay out 1 piece of phyllo dough into the frying pan, left the edges of phyllo dough extended. Melt the Muratbey butter, mix it with water and oil. Spread 2 spoons of it over the phyllo dough in the pan. Pluck some phyllo dough and lay it out into the frying pan as a second layer. Spread 2 spoons of oil and butter mixture onto newly laid phyllo dough layer again. Then repeat this process until you have 4 layers of phyllo dough in the frying pan. Before spreading the oil and butter mixture onto 4th layer of phyllo dough, place the Muratbey Cheese mixture on top of it. Then place the remaining phyllo dough layers by spreading oil and butter mixture between each layer. Finally, let's fold the phyllo dough standing outside the pan. While doing this, let's lubricate between the doughs. Spread the remaining oil and butter mixture on top of the pastry and cover the pan then cook it at a low heat. Once one side is cooked, use the pan’s cover to flip the pastry and cook the other side as well. After the cooking is finished, wait for it to chill for some time and you may serve it.
