Wash the eggplants and cut them evenly in half lengthwise. Soak in salted water for 10 minutes. Put the olive oil in a pan and fry them lightly. Place fried eggplants on the baking tray. To hollow take inside of eggplants out and put them in a bowl. Add one slice of Muratbey Cheesoft Plus Cheese and mix. Chop the parsley and add the seasoning and mix again. Fill the eggplants again with this mixture. Bake them at 1750C in an oven. Grate Muratbey Plus Fresh Kashkaval Cheese. When eggplants gets warm, sprinkle grated cheese on them. Once grated cheese is melted on eggplants, remove it from the oven. Take it to the serving plate. Serve hot
