First of all, for the custard; whisk sugar, flour, milk, and egg on the stove, and stir the mixture until it comes to the boil. After boiling, turn off the heat and let the mixture cool. After waiting for fifteen minutes, add the Cheesoft Full Fat cheese and blend the mixture until smooth. Meanwhile, dissolve 2 sugar cubes and Nescafe in hot water to balance the bitterness and let the mixture cool slightly. Cut the cake layers in half through the middle of the cake. Place a layer of sponge cake on the serving plate and soak it with half of the coffee. Add half of the custard on top of it and place the second layer after soaking the top layer with the remaining coffee. Pour the remaining custard all over the cake and cover the sides of the cake nicely. Finally, sprinkle cocoa dust over the top of the cake with a strainer. After letting it rest in the refrigerator for a few hours, slice and serve the tiramisu.
