Grate the Muratbey Circassian cheese. Whisk the strained yogurt, egg and sparkling water in a deep container with fork and continue to whisk after adding salt. Melt Muratbey Butter and damp the dough sheet with Muratbey Butter. Spread the yogurt-egg-sparkling water mixture on the dough sheet and add the grated Muratbey Circassian cheese. Fold the dough sheet into a roll and give the roll a spiral twist. Repeat this process for each dough sheet. Spread the yogurt mixture on the dough rolls and bake them in the oven.
