  • 250 gr. Muratbey TEL (Shallal) cheese

  • 2 tablespoons Muratbey Butter

  • 2 half a glass lukewarm water

  • 100 gr. corn flour

VORBEREITUNG

Add the Muratbey TEL (Shallal) cheese or Shallal Cheese with nigella seeds and half a glass lukewarm water into a container and let it rest. Melt the Muratbey Butter and add half a glass lukewarm water. Add the corn flour into the butter. Stir it until it changes color and goes lumpy. Add the pre-soaked Muratbey TEL (Shallal) cheese and about 2 tablespoons of corn flour.
