Cut the potatoes into thin slices. Mix it well with salt, black pepper, red pepper and finely diced garlic. Oil the tray with Muratbey Butter. Open up the spirals of the Muratbey Helix cheese and place on the bottom of the tray. Place the potato slices next to each other on top. Pour the cream on. Again open up the spirals of the Muratbey Helix cheese and cover the potato slices. Cook in the oven at 180 Celsius degrees.
