Melt the Muratbey Butter. Fry the flour until it turns brown. Prepare classic pancakes with flour, milk and egg. Wash the red beet thoroughly and boil it. Use its stock as a natural and delicious colorant in the pancake batter. It will have both healthy and appetizing pink color. Make the pancakes with vegetable oil on a non-stick pan. On one side, prepare a delicious mixture by mixing Muratbey Helix cheese, Muratbey Curd cheese with cream. Place Muratbey Helix cheese and cucumber on pink pancakes and roll them.
