  • 200 g Muratbey Plus Cheesoft
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons of sugar
  • 5 tablespoons of semolina
  • 8 tablespoons of flour
  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 package of baking powder

Place the Muratbey Plus Cheesoft, egg, olive oil, sugar, baking powder, and semolina into a mixing bowl. Knead, adding more flour gradually, until a soft elastic dough is formed. Line the pan with parchment paper and preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Break off walnut-size pieces of the dough you prepared, roll the pieces into balls, then lay them on the tray by leaving enough space between them. Bake in the oven until brown. After you put the dessert into the oven, add the water and sugar into a pan and boil till it thickens to prepare the syrup. Add lemon juice to the thickened syrup and let the syrup cool down completely. Pour the well-chilled syrup over the dessert as soon as it is out of the oven. After the dessert cools down and absorbs the syrup completely, serve it by arranging the plate in the way you like.
