Zucchini Moussaka


  • 3 large green Zucchini
  • 1 spoon of olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 200 gr minced meat and 2 table spoon of olive oil
  • Salt, black peppers, chilli peppers

For Bechamel souce ;

  • 1 table spoon of Muratbey butter
  • 1 tablespoon wipe flour
  • 1 glass of Milk
  • Salt and black pepper.

For topping:

  • 100 g. of Muratbey Fresh Kashkaval Cheese

Wash the Zucchinis. Cut them in half and slice.Mix with one table spoon of olive oil and salt.Place on a baking sheet with baking paper.Roast in 200 degrees oven. Chop the onion and  garlic. Put two table spoons of olive oil in the pan and saute the onions.Add the minced meat and spices and cook.Add the minced meat mixture over the Zucchinis.For béchamel sauce, melt the butter in the pan.Add flour and cook until it smells.Add milk and mixing with the whisk to make the custard.Add the salt and black peppers,put aside. Add béchamel sauce over the minced meat mixture. Sprinkle with grated Muratbey Fresh Kashaval and Place zucchinis onto prepared baking sheet. Place into oven and bake until golden brown and crisp.
