  • 100 grams of Muratbey Plus Cheesoft
  • 2 tablespoons of Muratbey Curd (Lor) cheese
  • 150 grams of Muratbey Breakfast Butter at room temperature
  • 160 ml olive oil
  • 1 cups of yoghurt
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 packs of baking powder
  • 140 grams of flour
  • 2 tablespoons of grape molasses
  • 2 tablespoons of water
  • 1 bowl of roasted sesame seeds

All the ingredients should be at a room temperature. Mix the yoghurt, olive oil and Muratbey butter in a bowl. Then add salt and baking powder. Add the flour little by little and mix it with a spoon first. When the dough begins to gather, add the remaining flour and knead the dough. Make a soft dough that does not stick to the hands. The size may vary depending on the measure that you use. Lay the fireproof paper (baking paper) on the tray. Mix the Muratbey Curd cheese and Muratbey Cheesoft together. Then mix molasses and water in a separate bowl. Take walnut-sized pieces from the dough and roll it up. Put cheese in it and cover it, and make it round. After all, take them one by one, first dip them to molasses, then to the sesame and put it on a tray. (If the sesame we use is not roasted, roast it in a pan without oil) Bake in a 180-degree oven.
