Mix eggs, oil, yoghurt, water and salt in a bowl and prepare a sauce for the pastry. Grate the carrot. Chop the peppers small and finely. Mix cheese, carrot, pepper, parsley and dill in a bowl and add the spices. Grease the tray finely in which we will cook the pastry. Divide the first pastry into two. Spread the sauce on it thoroughly and abundantly with the help of a brush. Put the filling ingredients into the pastry and then add sauced and spread it. Collect the pastry by pushing it from both sides and place it on the tray that is greased. Do the same process until all pastries are finished. Then complete the preparation by pouring the remaining sauce all over the pastry. Cook it in the oven at 200 degrees until it is browned and serve.
