First mix milk, water and oil. Then add dry yeast and sugar into that and mix all. Add flour and salt and start kneading. Make a soft dough that sticks to the hand. Cover it and leave it to ferment for 45 minutes. Divide the fermented dough in half. Spread 1 piece on an oiled tray. For the filling; finely chop the parsley, add Muratbey Curd (Lor) cheese, black pepper, a little salt and mix all. Pour the filling over the dough and spread it all over. Take the other dough and spread it over the filling and place it. Cover the tray and let it to ferment for 20 min. Then spread the egg yolk on the dough. Sprinkle Sesame and Black Cumin and bake in a preheated 180 degree oven. When the top is gold, it is ready. You can serve. Bon Appetit.
