Quinoa Salad With Misto


  • 200 g Muratbey Misto cheese
  • 1 bunch arugula
  • 6-7 leaves of lettuce
  • 1 heaping tea glass of walnut
  • 1 cup of strawberry
  • 2 heaping tablespoon of quinoa
  • 5-6 fig chips or 3-4 dried figs
  • Olive oil, pomegranate syrup, salt

Boil the quinoa and drain it. Drain the 200 g misto cheese. Chop arugula and lettuce. Cut the strawberries in half. Cut the walnuts into big pieces. Put a few strawberries and cheese aside to garnish the salad. All the ingredients should be in the salad blowl,add the salt and mix. Line it up on the edge of the strawberry and cheese salad.then add  the fig chips. Finally add olive and pomegranate syrup as much as ou like and serve. Bon appetit.
