Cheese Dıll Cake


  • 1 cup of Shredded Muratbey Plus Kashkaval Cheese
  • 3 eggs (at room temperature)
  • 1 cup of yoghurt (at room temperature)
  • 1/2 cup of olive oil
  • 12 - 13 pcs of black olives, chopped
  • 5 - 6 sprigs of dill, chopped
  • 1.5 cups of flour
  • Salt

For the top;

  • Sesame and Nigella seeds

First of all, mix the eggs and yoghurt, add the olive oil and mix them again. Add the chopped dill, olives and shredded Muratbey Kashkaval Cheese and continue mixing. Add a small amount of salt. Pour it into a cake pot of your choice and sprinkle sesame and black seed. Bake in a preheated oven at 160 degrees for about 35 - 40 minutes.
