Chop the pitas into cubes. Melt Muratbey butter in a pan. Shake the egg, put the pitas in it and stir, pour it into the pan and cook it upside down, cut peppers into small pieces, after turning the top side, sprinkle the thin peppers, sliced bacon and smoked turkey, and finally Shredded Muratbey Plus Kashkaval Cheese on it and cover the pan with a lid. Turn off the stove. Serve it hot.
