  • 1 glass of warm water

  • 100 gr of Muratbey Plus Cheesoft
  • 100 gr of Muratbey Curd Cheese
  • 125 gr of Muratbey Butter
  • 1/2 tea glass of oil

For the top;

  • 1 egg yolk
  • Sesame / Black Seed

Warm water, milk, dry yeast and powdered sugar are mixed into the dough kneading bowl. Add salt and flour little by little and knead a soft dough. It is covered and fermented for 30 minutes. Take Muratbey Butter in a pan and melt it, add oil and mix it. Take the dough that has been fermented onto the lightly floured counter. Excess air is gently kneaded out. Then divide the dough into 3 equal meringues. 3 meringues one by one are rolled out on a lightly floured bench with a diameter of 40 cm with the help of a roller. The first dough we rolled out is taken to the floured counter and it is spread all over the butter mixture. Put the second dough on the greased dough. The dough is greased again. Sprinkle the cheese mixture on it and put it on the last dough and grease it again. The top dough is folded into a square. It is applied with oil to each folded part. The same process is applied to the second and third dough. Put the dough on a tray and cover it. 20 minutes rested. Then take it into a tray lined with greaseproof paper and open it by pressing lightly with your hand. It doesn't have to be full tray size. Finally, spread the egg yolk on it and sprinkle sesame seeds. Bake in a preheated oven at 185 -190 degrees Celsius until golden brown. Serve hot. Bon Appetit...
