  • 400 gr flour
  • Muratbey Butter
  • 2 tablespoons of yogurt (50 g)
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 glass of water

For filling

  • Muratbey Helix Cheese

PREPARATION

Put the flour, yogurt, salt and oil in a bowl. Let's addt half of the water first and knead, Then  add the rest of the water slowly and keep kneading. The dough should not stick to the hand, but it will not be hard either. Let's prepare 60 gr of  pieces from the dough and roll them. Cover thouse dough pieces and let them rest for 15 minutes. On the other hand, let's put 1 pack of Muratbey Helix Cheese in a blender. Roll out  the rested doughs to size of a small cake plate. Let's put cheese on one side and make a roll, wrap it like a rose pastry and keep it aside. Let's prepare all the dough in this way. Let's heat pan. Let's roll out the dough with cheese, which we wrapped in a spiral, to the size of a small cake plate again and cook both sides in the heated pan. Let's brush  Muratbey Butter on it. Let's cook all the doughs in the same way. Enjoy your meal
