After about 7-8 hours, our yeast is ready for use. While we are waiting for the yeast, let's also prepare the matcha sauce; For matcha sauce, we use matcha powder, which is an antioxidant food, obtained by drying and grinding the Green Tea's young leaves which is also rich in fiber. Let's mix all the necessary ingredients for the sauce and keep it covered. Let's knead the dough ingredients for five minutes except Muratbey Butter. Let's add the butter little by little and continue kneading until the dough has a nice structure. After 3-4 hours, let's divide the dough we kneaded into 8 equal parts . Let's roll out each dough part, which we have rested for half an hour, one by one on the counter and spread the matcha sauce inside. Then roll it and cut it in half. Let's knit the dough that we cut in half vertically and knit it crosswise and give it a bagel shape. Let it stand on the tray to ferment.
