First, add egg, milk and olive oil in a bowl, then mix all well. Let's add salt, chili pepper, chopped parsley. Let's tear our dough into pieces with hands and add into the mix. Finally, let's put our Muratbey Topi Cheese and mix the mixture well. Let's put butter in a pan, then add that mixture which has phyllo dough pieces. Let's cook the bottom side for 15 minutes on the stove on low heat, turn the pastry and cook the other side for 15 minutes, too. Enjoy your meal.
