LEEK WITH BECHAMEL SAUCE

Ingredients

  • Muratbey Fresh Kashkaval Cheese
  • 1 kg of leeks
  • 5 carrots
  • 4 medium potatoes
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1,5 cups of milk
  • 1 tablespoon of flour
  • Salt, black pepper, paprika (depends on your choice)
  • Liquid oil

Let's put a little oil in the pan, let's fry the sliced potatoes very lightly. Let's add the leeks and grated carrots. Then add the garlic and fry it together. Let's add the spices. When it softens, add a spoonful of flour and stir it. Let's add the milk right after. Let's mix it a couple of times and close the lid. Let it cook on low heat until the milk is absorbed. After it is cooked, let's put it in a rectangular small ovenware. Let's add plenty of Muratbey Fresh Kashkaval cheese on it and bake it in the oven at 180 degrees until it turns golden brown.
