  • 400 gr Muratbey Plus Cheesoft
  • 125 gr Muratbey Butter ( at room temperature)
  • 8 tablespoons of flour
  • 6 tablespoons of semolina
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 4 tablespoons of sugar

For sherbet;

  • 3 glasses of sugar
  • 4 glasses of water
  • Half  lemon

First, let's prepare the syrup to have time to cool. Take the sugar and water in a saucepan and bring it to a boil. Just before taking it from the stove, squeeze lemon into the syrup . Then boil it for a  very little while and let it cool at room temperature. Let's knead Muratbey Plus Cheesoft, egg, flour, semolina, Muratbey Butter, baking powder and sugar together to obtain a soft, slightly sticky dough. Let's cut walnut-sized balls from the dough, brush them with egg yolk and arrange them on the tray. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes. After waiting for it to cool down a bit, let's pour the syrup evenly over the dough with the help of a ladle. Let the dough come to room temperature to stand outside  and wait until the syrup absorbs well, and then in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours. Preferably, this dessert will be more delicious if it is made 1 night in advance. Bon Appetit.
