Let's take the ingredients for the meatballs into a deep mixing bowl. Let it knead for 7-8 minutes until the ingredients are well mixed. Let's cover the container in an airtight way and put it in the refrigerator. And let's rest for at least an hour, at most one night. Let's take walnut-sized pieces from the rested meatball dough and roll them. Let's make a hole in the middle and place a pinch of Muratbey Shredded Mozzarella cheese and roll it again. Arrange the ball meatballs you have prepared in a greased oven dish, spaced apart. Let's bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 25-30 minutes until golden brown. While our meatballs are cooking, let's peel the potatoes for the puree and cut them into cubes. Let's put the potatoes in a deep pot and add enough water to cover it. Add the salt and let it boil. Let's add butter to the potatoes that have absorbed the water and softened, and mash them well with the help of a fork and mash them. Let's take the puree, in which we added milk and put on the stove again, from the stove when it boils. Let's add pepper and nutmeg. Then, for the sauce, let's put the olive oil in the sauce pan and lightly heat it. Add the garlic and fry for 2-3 minutes. Let's add water and salt and take it off the stove when it boils. Finally, let's spread the mashed potatoes on the floor of the plate. Let's place the fried meatballs on the puree and serve with tomato sauce. Bon appetit.
