For dough; mix 2 glasses of warm water, 1 teaspoon of granulated sugar and 1 pack of instant yeast. Wait for 10 minutes. Add the salt to the flour and prepare the dough by adding flour gradually. Wait for 30 minutes in order to fermentation. Wash and chop 600 grams of spinach, then finely chop 1 onion (optional). Add 250 gr Muratbey Plus Cheesoft, 200 gr shredded Muratbey Plus Fresh Kashkaval Cheese and 200 gr Muratbey Curd Cheese and salt and black pepper. Knead all the ingredients together with the spinach. Twist the edges of the stuffing with spinach and give it a pita shape. Take it on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper in the oven preheated to 250 degrees, and bake. Apply Muratbey Butter on them while they are hot when they come out of the oven. Take medium-sized pieces from the dough. Roll it out with a roller, longitudinally, on a floured counter. Put the spinach stuffing. Give the shape of a pita by bending the edges of the dough inward. Preheat the oven at 250 degrees. Put pitas on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake. When you get out of the oven, put Muratbey Butter on them.
