Crepe Pastry


For Crepes;

  • 1 cup of Milk
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 + 1/2 cup of flour
  • Salt

For the layer of crepes;

  • 150 g of Muratbey Plus Cheesoft cheese
  • 4-5 sprigs of parsley, chopped

For the top;

  • 1 large cup of  shredded Muratbey Plus Fresh  Kashkaval Cheese

To make crepes, put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix them until getting a smooth mixture. Put a few drops of olive oil on the crepe pan and spread it all over the pan with a paper towel. Take a ladle from crepe mix and pour it into the center of the pan and rotate the pan to get a circle shape so that the pancake spreads all over the place to form a round shape. Pour your crepe a little thicker than usual, so that you can make it like a layer of cake and the layers are visible. Do not invert crepe until the cooked side is completely removed from the pan. When one side of the crepe has left the pan, cook the other side and grease your pan again and pour another ladle of crepe. Continue this process until your crepe paste is finished. Don't forget to add a bit oil in to your pan every time. Put the first baked crepe in a clamp cake pot (that is adjusted to the size of your crepes). Sprinkle crumbled Muratbey Plus Cheesoft Cheese which is fortified with Vitamin D and parsley on it and place the other crepe on top of it. Do these steps until all the crepes and fillings are finished. Sprinkle plenty of  shredded Muratbey Plus Fresh Kashkaval Cheese on the top and cook in a preheated oven at 150-degree until the top becomes brown color. Slice and serve it warm.
