Chop one of the onion into the ring shape. Place them on a rectangular pyrex baking tray. Cut the potatoes into rings. Mix the potatoes together with salt, pepper, paprika and dried basil in a large bowl. Place the potatoes on the ring shaped onions. Knead the minced meat with the other finely chopped onion, grated carrot, 300 grams of yoghurt and spices and lay it on the potatoes. Cut the tomatoes in half and put them on top. Bake it for 40 minutes in the oven that is preheated to 170 degrees. After 40 mins add Muratbey Shredded Fresh Kashkaval Cheese on it and cook it in the oven for 10 more minutes. Serve it hot.
