Mix flour, instant yeast, granulated sugar, salt, Muratbey Butter, milk and mixed egg all together in a large mixing bowl. When all the ingredients are thoroughly mixed, make a soft dough that should be stick to the hand. Sprinkle a small amount of flour on the counter and knead the dough. A round dough should be obtained by folding inward continuously. Place dough on a baking tray and left to ferment for 1 hour at 30 degrees. While the dough is fermented, a thick sauce is prepared by mixing all the ingredients except cheese. When the dough became double size, take it out of the oven and spread it by pressing lightly on it. Cut with a knife to form deep squares. Spread the thick sauce on to the dough well enough. Firstly, add grated Muratbey Fresh Kashkaval cheese to the cut areas and place Muratbey Helix cheese on top of it. Cook in a preheated oven that is set at 180 degrees, cook for 20 minutes.
