Cut the broccoli into really small pieces, grate the carrot. Cut the greens of the leek and the dill into small pieces. Then, put all the vegetables in a bowl and mix them by adding salt. Wait 15 minutes for vegetables to mix well. Then add the egg, oil, spices, flour and baking powder and mix it with a spoon. Finally, add Muratbey Fresh Kashkaval cheese and chopped Muratbey Helix cheese and mix. Grease a small cake mold (15x25) with Muratbey Butter, then pour the mixture into it and bake it in a preheated (180 ° C ) oven until the top is browned.
