Whisk the egg, oil and milk. Add the oatmeal flour and the spices and whisk all again. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, oats will swell. Then, heat the pan which has a diameter of 24 cm and spread the mixture into the pan. Cook the top and the bottom of the dough by turning it . After cooking the pizza base, place it on a baking tray where you spread greaseproof paper. Spread the tomato sauce over it. Sprinkle the grated vitamin D fortified Fresh Kashkaval cheese on it. Sprinkle other chopped ingredients as you wish.
Put the Muratbey Topi Cheese on top as whole or divided into half. Place the tray to the upper rack of the oven and cook until the cheese melts.
