Caesar’s Salad


  • 1 handful of finely grated  Muratbey Fresh Kashkaval Cheese
  • 100 gr Muratbey Grill Cheese
  • 2 table spoon of Muratbey butter
  • 200 gr chicken meat (diced)
  • 1 small lettuce
  • Half a cup of boiled red beet (diced)
  • 1 medium size carrot (grated)
  • 1 table spoon of aioli
  • 1 table spoon of mustard
  • 1 table spoon of olive oil
  • Bread for roasting
  • Salt, desired spices

Saute the diced chicken meat in a pan with the Muratbey butter. Grill after soaking grill cheese in warm water for 15 minutes in a skim pan and cut them into cubes. Wash and chop the lettuce and put it in a serving bowl. Place fried chicken meat, boiled red beet cubes, grated carrot and grilled cheese on top of it. Fry the bread pieces in butter and add them into the salad by while them with spices. Finally, grate the Muratbey Kashkaval Cheese finely on top of the salad. Dressing is prepared by mixing mayonnaise, mustard and olive oil and served with salad.
