Boil and peel the potatoes. Blend Muratbey butter and potatoes together in a blender. Spread the puree in a baking dish. Put the meatball ingredients in a deep bowl, mix them together. Roll into walnut-sized meatballs. Put the olive oil in a pan and fry the meatballs. Add the grated tomatoes on fried meatballs. Add 1 teaspoon tomato paste. Leave the meatballs until the tomatoes are cooked. Spread the meatballs on the puree. Add grated Muratbey Fresh Kashkaval cheese on it and bake in a 200-degree oven.
