PREPARATION

Put the puff pastry dough on the counter as doubles. Widen the puff pastry dough a little on the long side by spreading it using the rolling pin. Put the Muratbey Helix Cheese at the edge and roll it. Stretch the roll you made by pushing it back and forth a little bit more on the counter. Join the two ends by twisting it from both sides. Coat it with molasses-water mix firstly, then with the sesame. Bake in the oven at 175 degree centigrade.
