Baked Cauliflower with Kashkaval

Ingredients

  • 200 gr Muratbey Plus Fresh Kashkaval
  • 1 tablespoon of Muratbey Butter
  • 500 gr Cauliflower                                   
  • 3-4 pieces of parsley

For the béchamel sauce:


  • 2 Table Spoon of Muratbey Butter
  • 2 Table Spoon of Flour
  • 2.5 water glass of milk
  • Salt, Black Pepper
  • Shredded Nutmeg

After thoroughly washing the cauliflower, cut it into small pieces and steam it in steam or boil in the water. Melt the Muratbey butter in a pan and fry the flour in it. Then add the milk into it and mix. Add salt, pepper and nutmeg while taking it off the stove. Spread The Muratbey Butter with the help of a brush to the bottom of a Pyrex Baking Dish and place the cauliflowers in it. Pour the béchamel sauce evenly on top, sprinkle grated Muratbey Plus Fresh Kashkaval, bake at 175 centigrade degrees for 15-20 minutes, remove when the top is fried. Serve hot, garnished with parsley.
