Boil the potato. Mix all ingredients well in a deep bowl. Place the dough in a mould which has some baking paper laid upon it. Sprinkle the sesame seeds and Nigella seeds on the dough. Sprinkle the grated Muratbey Fresh kashkaval 5 minutes prior to picking it from the oven. Bake it for 45 minutes at 180 degrees.
Note: Add the flour with a controlled process. If it is not enough you may add some more.
