Put olive oil in a pan. Add the cleaned and carved peppers which are sliced into half. Cut the tomatoes in half, or in four if they are big. Put them into a fireproof pan and fry by shaking the pan over ardent fire . Meanwhile grill the sucuks in a separate place. Then grill cheeses after soaking them in warm water for 15 minutes.
Cut to get four triangles. Add the latest sucuk and grill cheese to the other ingredients you fried. Sprinkle with paprika and thyme. Serve it up hot with finely chopped parsley.
