Sirniki, a type of breakfast cake with few ingredients that competes with pancakes and creppes of Europe with its simplicity and taste, and called "tvorog" in Russia, met with Muratbey Curd Cheese.
First of all, crumble Muratbey Curd cheese by a fork. Then, mix all the ingredients except 2 tablespoons of flour in a deep bowl and knead. Let's take some of it by a tablespoon, make rounds with your hands, shape the edges and give it a disc form. Then, take our remainibg flour on a flat plate. Let's flour the Sirniki’s that we have shaped. After that, cook the both sides of Sırniki’s like pancakes on low heat in a pre-heated pan without oil. Keep close the cover of pan. It’s better to be carefull since they may burn. After cooking, decorate them with strawberries and honey.
