Whisk the mineral water, egg white, vegetable oil in a deep container until foamy. Spread baking paper in a tray and then two dough sheets in the tray. Spread the oil mixture between the dough sheets. Mix the finely chopped parsley and the Muratbey Cheesoft cheese in a container and grate Muratbey Fresh Kashkaval cheese into it. Place the cheese mixture on the dough sheet. Cover it with the last dough sheet and spread the egg yolk on the top. Cut the pastry into large diamond shapes. You may optionally add black cumin. Bake it at 200 Celsius degrees.
