Peel the carrot and potatoes, cut them into cubes for easy boiling. Mince the onion finely. Stir the onion and garlic in olive oil until they turn brown. Crush the boiled potatoes, carrots, onions and bread crumbs with a fork well. Cut the stick cheeses into two. Prepare potato balls by hand and place Muratbey Stick cheese in the middle. Fry them in hot oil.
