Melt Muratbey Butter. Fry the flour until it turns brown. Wash the mushrooms and place them in the bottom of the oiled casserole. Place the cherry tomatoes in between them. Place small butter pieces and drizzle olive oil on top. Cook it in the oven at 200 Celsius degrees until the mushrooms are cooked. Take the casserole out of the oven and place Muratbep Topi cheese on top. Add flavor with crushed pepper, thyme and salt. Put it back in the oven and cook it for about 5 minute more until the cheese melts. Your Muratbey Topi cheese mushroom casserole is ready.
