Cut zucchini and eggplant vertically into thin slices and cook in a oil-free pan. Place a Muratbey Topi cheese in each zuccihni and eggplant slice and roll them. Place a toothpick on each to hold fast. Again place Muratbey Topi cheese on each toothpick top. Grate tomatoes in a deep container and mix it with salt, mint and garlic. Pour the prepared sauce on to the rolls and cook in the oven at 180 Celsius degrees.
