MOZZARELLA COATED SALMON

Ingredients

  • 2 glass of Muratbey Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 4 salmon fillets (skin removed, approx. 800 gr.)
  • 2 tablespoons of Riviera type olive oil
  • 3 bunches of fresh thyme
  • 2 bags of green tea
  • 1 glass of water
  • Salt and pepper
  • Rosemary

PREPARATION

Season the salmon with salt and pepper and place on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper. You brewed it with hot water and cooled it. Mix 1 glass of green tea with 1 spoon of olive oil. Sprinkle the sauce you prepared and add Muratbey Shredded Mozzarella Cheese on top. Then bake for 25 minutes in a preheated 200 degree oven. When serving your salmon, you can sprinkle fresh thyme leaves and rosemary on it.
