Break the dark chocolate into small pieces. Heat the cream on the stove until it reaches 80 degrees. Remove the cream from the heat and add the broken chocolate pieces. Stir until the chocolate melts and the mixture reaches a sauce-like consistency. In another pot, melt the sugar until it turns a caramel color. Add the Muratbey butter to the caramelized sugar, followed by a small amount of cream, and stir until it reaches a sauce-like consistency. Using a mixer, whip the whipping cream powder and milk until it reaches a whipped cream consistency. Add Muratbey Kaymaklı to the whipped cream and whip again. Grind the Lotus biscuits in a food processor until they become granular. In the serving glass, layer the ingredients as follows: Lotus biscuit, caramel sauce, Kaymaklı whipped cream, Lotus biscuit, and chocolate sauce. Pipe Kaymaklı whipped cream on top using a piping bag and sprinkle with some grated dark chocolate. Serve and enjoy. Bon appétit!
