First, let's take warm milk and warm water in a bowl. Add the sugar along with the dry yeast and mix. Let's wait for 10 minutes for the yeast to activate. Let's put the flour into a deep mixing bowl and sprinkle the salt on it. Let's make a pool of flour. Let's put the yeast into the pool and mix it. Knead the dough until it does not stick to your hands. After kneading, let the dough rest for 30 minutes to ferment. Let's cut circles from the fermented dough. Let's roll out the dough back and forth on the counter where we sprinkle flour and get a long shape. Let's fill the edges of the dough with Muratbey Shredded Mozzarella cheese and shredded Fresh Kashkaval cheese. Then fold it by pressing it inwards. Add the same ingredients to the dough. Let's put Muratbey Butter on the edges of the dough and bake it in a preheated 200 degree oven for 25-30 minutes. Let's break the egg on the pita we took out of the oven while it is hot and spread the butter on the edges. Let it sit in the oven for a few more minutes and serve. Bon appetit!
