TURKEY MEATBALLS WİTH MOZZARELLA AND TOMATO SAUCE

Ingredients

  • 250-300 gr turkey breast
  • 1 tablespoon of breadcrumbs
  • 3 - 4 springs of parsley
  • Tomato sauce made from 3 - 4 tomatoes
  • Salt, pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder or 1 clove of grated garlic

PREPARATION

Let's put all ingredients in a food processor and make meatballs. Let’s  give our meatballs a round shape by hand. Let's arrange them in the oven dish intermittently and add our tomato sauce on it. Let's cook for 30 minutes at 200 degrees. Let's sprinkle Muratbey Shredded Mozzarella cheese on the meatballs and keep it in the oven for 10 minutes more until the cheese melts. Then take it out of the oven and transfer it to a serving plate. Bon appetit.
