Let's take the puff pastry on the counter and cut it with the help of an apparatus or glass. Let's cut the puff pastry again with a smaller tool or glass. Let's place the puff pastry that we cut in the form of a ring on the puff pastry that we cut in the form of a circle. Let's make holes in the middle of the puff pastry with a fork. I apply milk to the edges with the help of a brush. Let's bake for about 15 minutes in a preheated 180 degree oven. Let's turn the peppers and mushrooms in olive oil and add the spices. Let's fill the stuffing we prepared into the volovans and add the Muratbey Shredded  Mozzarella cheese on top, take it out in the oven when the cheeses melt and serve hot. Bon Appetit.
