First of all, let's cut the onions in half moons, pill the skin of garlic and cut them into small pieces. Let's cook with continuous stirring until it gets a nice color in olive oil and let it cool. Let's start the oven to 180 degrees. Let's choose a large (26 cm) baking dish so that the rösti is as thin as possible. You can also use a springform tin instead of a baking dish. Let's oil the mold or spread baking paper on its base. Let's peel the skin of the potatoes before cooking. Grate the potatoes with the coarse side of the grater. Let's squeeze out the water with our hands and then get the water thoroughly by pressing with a paper towel. Let's mix grated potato, cooled onion, garlic, spices, salt, scrambled eggs and half of Muratbey Shredded Mozzarella in a bowl. Spread the mixture into the baking dish, pressing lightly.
