An indispensable food for a healthy diet cheese is also good for skin health with its high vitamin and mineral content. According to experts, another way of having a healthy and beautiful skin is cheese consumption.

Cheese is quite rich in vitamins A, B6, B12, C, D, E and K, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, sodium, zinc, copper, manganese, selenium and flourine minerals as well as containing thiamine, riboflavin, niacine, folate, pantothenic acid and choline.
